This document describes the terms of Agreement which Alta West Mortgage Capital Corporation (hereinafter known as Alta West Mortgage) uses to offer you access to our services. Use of this Internet site implies acceptance of this Agreement.

Responsibility

Alta West Mortgage disclaims any implied warranties of title, merchantability, non-infringement of intellectual property, or fitness for any particular purpose.
