I have been dealing with the folks at Alta West for over 3 years, and there are a few aspects to their business that stand out.  The first is the incredible speed with which they are able to review and approve a file.  It is not uncommon to get an offer sheet back within an hour!  The second is the straightforward approach to closing a deal after the appraisal and documentation has been received.  No messing around, no wishy-washy answers, just results.  Keep up the great work!
