Founding Director and JV Partner

Cal Morstad is the Founding Director and JV partner with Alta West Mortgage Capital Corporation. He is responsible for raising investment funding, managing investors and directing special projects. Cal has been involved in the mortgage investment business and founded Alta West in 1991. He currently holds Director positions for Fidelis MIC (1991), Fortress MIC (1998), AWM Diversified MIC (2006) and First Place MIC (2007). Cal brings strong business and investment experience to Alta West managed MIC’s. Cal holds a Bachelor Degree in Economics from the University of Lethbridge.
