Alta West Mortgage has provided Albertans with creative and flexible mortgage solutions for over 19 years. Our mandate is to provide our clients with the best mortgage financing solution with a superior level or service. We finance single-family homes, multi-family dwellings, acreages, farms and recreational properties throughout Alberta. We also arrange financing for property development and construction. No deal is too small or too large!

Alta West Mortgage Capital Corporation underwrites and manages a large private mortgage portfolio, including our four Mortgage Investment Corporations (MIC's): Fortress Mortgage Inc., Fidelis Mortgage Corporation, AWM Diversified MIC and First Place MIC. We use these private mortgage funds to finance 1st and 2nd (and even 3rd) mortgages that do not fit into institutional lenders "box". If you have credit or income issues, this may be your solution.
